One of my all time favorite ramen spots in San Diego is Rakiraki Ramen in Convoy. Their noodles alone are bomb af like who needs broth anyway?

So one day I decided to try something different which is the recently hyped ramen burger. I actually still have no words for it and I’m not sure if I like it yet. It’s honestly okay, but I wouldn’t order it again. It is interesting though that someone was able to get all the noodles together like that.

I feel that burgers should either be wrapped in bacon, lettuce, or good ol’ brioche.
