The Chairman is this super cool bao restaurant in the Arts District. It’s small inside, but this is LA: we love to sit outside in cute patios in this perfect ass weather. I got their misoglazed porkbelly and spicy chicken on steamed buns which were both great. It’s kind of hard to compare to BaoHaus…
